Reverse Logistics – Marketplace Returns Specialist

OWC is searching for a Reverse Logistics - Marketplace Returns Specialist to help OWC ensure the efficient processing of Amazon FBA returns and prevent revenue loss. Our Marketplace Returns Specialist will play a critical role in the success of OWC. This role will proactively manage returns, process claims, and ensure inventory is accurately restocked.

What Will You be Doing? 

• Open, receive, and sort incoming Amazon FBA returns. 

• Verify that the items received match what was expected, including part numbers, serial numbers, and package contents. 

• Document all returns through case notes, pictures, and D365 return orders. 

• Investigate discrepancies and file claims with Amazon, ensuring proper documentation and photographic evidence. 

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and streamline processes, as well as creating documentation for those processes. 

• Create and complete return orders and cases in Microsoft Dynamics (D365). 

• Perform product testing as needed to verify the condition of returned items. 

• Move returned items back into stock for resale, including: 

• Cleaning packaging and repacking items that require new packaging. 

• Changing part numbers of items to reflect their condition (e.g., used or open box). 

• Unbuilding assemblies that are not suitable for resale, returning individual components to stock. 

• Pulling missing accessories (e.g., power cables) from inventory to complete products. 

• Other tasks as assigned by management. 

What You Bring with You? 

• Familiarity with OWC products and computer hardware. 

• Knowledge of Amazon FBA processes and policies. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics (D365). 

• Proficient with computers, typing, and written communication (emails). 

• Attention to detail and the ability to read small print (serial numbers, part numbers). 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Effective communication skills for documenting and addressing discrepancies.
