We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you'll ensure accurate, efficient handling of products and timely fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining our commitment to exceptional quality and service.

What Will You be Doing?

Accurately picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders to customers according to daily schedules.
Assisting in inventory management, including organizing stock and reporting discrepancies.
Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely and responsibly.
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting in training new team members as needed.
Supporting special projects and other duties assigned by the warehouse leadership team.

What Do You Bring?

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
Physical capability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy boxes or items.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or weekends when required.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least one year of warehouse or shipping-related experience preferred.
Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and safety regulations.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $19/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Work Hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm CST.
